Editorial Review
This is the first official live album by Landmarq, taken from various European shows recorded during 1998-99. Landmarq is in many ways the most interesting and original neo-progressive band of the decade. Influenced by Marillion but also by Camel, Genesis or Pink Floyd, the band succeeded in creating elaborate melodies, enhanced by a brilliant production, a powerful rhythm section, vivid keyboards and explosive guitars, and of course the "prog´ star" Tracy Hitchings on vocals. This live includes all their most famous pieces, performed with an incredible enthusiasm and virtuosity. Just enjoy!

Landmarq rocks!, January 24, 2002
Reviewer: marq-1 from the UK
This is the first live album from Landmarq and is a great representation of the band in concert. Tracy Hitchings vocals are superb and she has done well since replacing Damian Wilson in the band. (Check out her first appearance with the band on their previous 4th album 'Science of Coincidence'). The instrumental side of the band is also superb. If you like the likes of Floyd, Genesis, Camel with tinges of classical and jazz, then check this band out.
A sequel to Thunderstruck is supposed to be released in 2002.
Another Great Female Prog-Star, February 9, 2001
Reviewer: Wade C. Boring from Springfield, IL United States
Being a massive Lana Lane fan, and having been sorely dissapointed by other female prog singers, I was hesitant to purchase this CD. I am glad I did. Tracy Hitchings vocals are great, strong and interesting, no whining here. The overall musicianship of the band is excellent. Like most live recordings the production leaves a bit to be desired but its not bad. The style is pretty typical neoprog, fans of Marillion, Iluvatar and IQ will like it. As far as comparisons to other female prog singers, Tracy Hitchings doesn't have the range of Lana Lane or her expressiveness but she blows Medeah of Artrosis or Laura Martin of Finneus Gauge away. She is more reminiscent of Scandanavian singers like Sylvia Erichsen of White Willow but much less whiney and sings in English to boot.
Great Progressive Rock CD., August 24, 2000
Reviewer: kvdb from Sao Paulo, SP Brazil
This Landmarq CD is simply Fantastic! Great job done here. Eventhough is hard to tell which song is best, I would like to suggest special attention to "Solitary Witness", "The Overlook" and "Between Sleeping And Dreaming". If you like Progressive Rock as a whole and aren't "bound" to a specific style, consider purchasing this CD.
