1. GIGS REPORT...

First of all, a BIG thank you to all who attended the first of Landmarq's UK 2003 gigs at Club Riga and The Underworld. Reaction at both gigs was excellent and we look forward to returning later in the year. In fact, Club Riga have already been in touch and we now have a second date, Thursday 9th October 2003.
Special thanks must also go to our very special guests Laurent Hunziker (sax) and Hugh McDowell (cello) whose individual talents and abilities really shone through and added so much to our music. And after just one-and-a-half rehearsals, too! Cheers guys. 
Three new songs are also being featured in the set, including the 10-minute 'Thunderstruck', a mix of Prog and Jazz. This also sees a return to the band placing the title track of the previous album on the following album(!). 
[Ok, we know 'Aftershock' was the very last album, but we preferred the title 'Thunderstruck' in this case. :) ]
The new songs were very well received and should be included on the next Landmarq studio album.

3. LANDMARQ IN HOLLAND (PROGFEVER 3)

We're pleased to announce the first of our European dates. It's the PROGFEVER 3 festival at De Boerderij, Zoetermeer on 1st November 2003 [ http://www.boerderij.org  ]
Other acts booked to appear are: Ange, Casual Silence, Isildurs Bane.
Further dates to be announced. More info when we have it.
