Interesting site but why does the Biography stop at March 2001 - has
nothing happened to the band since then?

Hi Dave -&- Steve -&- rest of Landmarq...

Long forgotten but now finally here is the URL: www.twiztedtoyz.de
That's the German heavy outfit featuring the same CD cover artwork as
Landmarq's live album!! That's really curious thing...

By the way, the English version of Lili's website was now up-dated (for
those who don't know: she sang backings on the song "Embrace" back
in '93)--finally I made it. A link to Landmarq's site is contained on
the link page ( bands).

Best regards -&- hope to see you sometime live in south Germany,
Markus

LS,

i have just discovered landmarq (i heard gaia's waltz on a sampler, but
never made an effort to discover more). But that's what this band
needs: discovering. 'Tipi Hedren' could immediately be categorized
under 'alltime favourites' and makes me want to see the movie (anyone
have a copy?) and makes me celebrate black and white tv's.

Speaking of categories, to hell with the so called progscene. Landmarq
can be a band for a wider audience (not only for the sweaty compunerds
with their old marillion T-shirts or colorful pendragon-caps, if you
know what i mean), so i hope Landmarq will catch a glamorous ride in
the bandwagon in the near future.

Although i'm still getting used to the female voice (yes yes, narrow
mindedness, one of my more appreciated qualities), i think that tracey
will win (or has won) the hearts of most landmarq fans.

Well, never mind it all: greetings to the band - keep up the good work -
and remember the globally scattered fans, quietly listening in their

Thanks Landmarq for giving 'us' the lovely 'Tracy Hitchings'who's vocal
talents amongst otherthings should help you become a major force in the
prog scene - if you aren't already.Having first seen Quasar back at 'le
standard' in Walthamstow they then disappeared without Trace (No pun
intended). Then being an avid Pendragon fan Tracy turned up singing
on 'The Masquerade Overture'followed quickly by 'Jabberwocky'Now i'm
pleased to see that she has risen even further and now with a great
band in Landmarq, world domination is only a breath away. Looking
forward to seeing you at some stage down here in good old London town
and i hope you get the success you all deserve in 2002.
Thanks Tracy for the cave photo's and proving that beauty and prog rock
do go together.I agree with Landmarq that 'the black strips' are just
not necessary.Look forward to another set of Pic's soon.

Cheers Sam

Hi all,

With reference to the last few messages, we'd just like to say we hope
to play in Sweden as soon as possible and, likewise, to return to The
Netherlands. Meanwhile, we do look forward to meeting old and new
friends at the 'Spring Rock Festival' in Rotherham in April 2002.

Best wishes from

Hi,

Hans' idea of proggy radioshows is superb. I've listened to his IQ and
Spock's Beard Radio on live365.com. Is there a possibility of extending
Landmarqradio, which has been on for a while at the same site? I would
love to hear some old songs from the first two albums, for example. Or
how about a selection from all albums (mono is okay)? I would have that
one on all day every day.

Finally, thanks to Steve G. and the other guys for replying so quickly
and in detail to my mail question.

Keep up the wonderful work,

Olli

Hi Tracy,

I don't know if Clive or Matt have ever told you about me, but I'm
this whacked out guy in LA who's trying to break into the world of
comic book writing. I self publish my own book about this enhanced
being who goes around Heaven kicking out all the bad guys who somehow
manage to get in by the misfiling of paperwork- it's a feature called
the Deposit Man. Anyway, My new book is at the printer right now and
I'm getting another mini book prepared for a Febuary 2002 release which
will include characters based on Clive and Matt in it. I was thinking
of putting a cameo of you in it too and make you up to be some kind of
Hollywood goddess. After seeing your mermaid portfolio ( Aquagirl's got
nothing on you) I think this will be the next natural step in reaching
new found heights as the Queen of All Media.

I really enjoy the site. After viewing it, I now regret not going
down to Baja Prog to meet you. You're somewhat in a moderate state of
loopiness that's refreshing

Hi Steve,long time no hear.
Recently i have my own url www.progradio.nl and i'm planning to
broadcast some very fine progressive rock music.
I've started right now with a collection of IQ songs but soon other
bands follow. The quality has been set to mono in case of ripping the
songs.

Bye -&- Greetings to the Band.

Hi Tracy,

Remember me. I'm the singer of the Dutch progband Ricocher playing on
Rotherham Rocks last saturday evening. I gave you a mini-CD of ours to
listen to.

When you (and the rest of Landmarq)like the sound, please give me a
call/ a mail when you'll play in Holland, Belgium or Germany: we'd love
to play together with you.

We can also try to arrange some gigs with you (if you're interested)

Greetings

Hi Lee,

Landmarq very much look forward to the next time we can come over to
the 'States. What a great time we had at ProgDay 2000!

As for a video. We'd like to, but the cost is extremely high if it's to
be done properly. Of course, we're always open to offers.... :)

Cheers,
Steve G.

Hey Andy,

Thanks for signing our guestbook. Good to know we have fans in Russia
too.

To answer your questions --

Peter Gee of Pendragon is my great-
grandfather!!! [no, only joking ;-) ].
I do know Peter and have worked alongside him on occasion but we are
not related in any way.

Regarding the availability of our CDs: You could try GFT/Cyclops mail
order http://www.gft-cyclops.co.uk/

All the best,

Steve G.

Hi, Landmarq !

Maybe it's a news for you, but there are fans of you in Russia. Glad
to greet you from St.-Petersburg and thank you for your music.
Please, ease my curiosity and answer 1)if there's shop in the net with
your CD's 2)does Steve Gee relate somehow to Pete Gee from "Pendragon" ?

Ready to listen to you on and on and on ...

Hello Landmarq,
I live in the U.S. and I'm one of a rare breed - a female progrock fan!
Well why should the guys have all the fun? And I must say Landmarq are
my VERY favorite prog band. Might be something to do with having a
female vocalist ;-)
The music rocks too. Please come to the U.S.A. again soon. Love from
the Prog-Bird.
